Pearl, Argentium and Gold Statement Ring
This ring was inspired by a cherished single pearl and gold earring that was my mothers.
I deconstructed the earring, saving the pearl and gold cup the pearl was seated in. (Watch the video here.)
The gold was melted with other 9k gold scrap and formed into wire providing the strong basket design to the top of the ring that also serves to protect the pearl from accidental damage when worn.
This is a substantial silver ring cast in 100% pure Argentium silver using a simple sand casting technique,(watch the video here) the contours are smooth and modern, with a curved inner circumference providing a comfortable fit on the finger,
This ring is a unique Recycled Metal Smith design, and the first in my line of Unisexy products.
